Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

Worldwide Delivery
We ship internationally to most countries. All orders are sent with tracked shipping so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price at checkout. OAKSTRAPS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary from country to country.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, high-demand periods, or unforeseen carrier issues. We appreciate your patience should this happen.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
